I unfortunately got a rock chip and crack in my 2016 Scion FR-S. A technician by the name of Dante was assigned to my case. Initially I was scheduled to have the service done at my home but due to work I was unable to be there. He drove to my work without any questions and completed the repair in approximately 30 minutes alot faster than I would have ever expected. They used an OEM windshield and you would never be able to tell that any work was done. In addition to the windshield the technician also cleaned and vacuumed my interior. 10/10 would recommend and use again!
Wonderful staff. I went in on 2/4/17 to get my windshield replaced. The man working didn't waste any time getting it replaced, and was very friendly doing so. I will be back. If you need glass replaced, this is the place to go.
Edit: I gave them a second chance and they did a great job. Serviceman was friendly and did a very professional job. After this service, I would recommend them to friends.
Original review: Serviceman never showed. After waiting through the four-hour window I called Safelite to find out the status of my appointment. He said he tried to call but didn't leave a message. He didn't bother to try and call again to make sure we, the customer, knew he was running late. We won't be using this location again. Because Safelite is associated with the insurance companies, they don't see the need to compensate the customer for poor service.
I had seen chip repairs done by the company, and always thought they did a great job. I had a chip on my windshield after a rock hit it while i was driving home from work. I was not satisfied with the work they did on my car i feel like the chip is far more noticeable now. I plan to take it back to them to see if they could do a better job. If they fix it, I'll give them a better review.
Excellent service. Had the windshield replaced, but had a small leak. Called the store and talked to the manager, took the car in and they removed the windshield and were looking to figure out why it was leaking, a piece of grass or something of that nature is what caused it to not seal right.
