I had an appointment at 3:30 for a alignment i sat for 1 and a half hrs before i said anything so they go out there and just pull my car an to just sit there an make it look like they was working on it... Very terrible experience why make an appointment if the time of it dont seem to matter at all!!
I just wanted to Thank the guys at the Firestone in Hopkinsville , KY. I have always had great service there the past few years but I must say by far this afternoon was the most appreciated of them that I have ever been. I was in a situation with an overdue oil change and new filter. I have been dealing with my Father getting diagnosed with Stage four Cancer and quickly passing just last week, so I was in no way shape or form to realize it had been time for an oil change. That is until my engine light appeared this morning and we scrambled putting the last of the oil in of what we had.
Dede was amazing. They took care of us when we broke down on the road on our way home from out of town. Best experience!
Above and beyond amazing!! Called minutes before closing and Dede the Service Manager diagnosed our problem and Steve the Rock Star Mechanic not only repaired our busted hose but had to go pick up the part due to it being regular stocked item. Than both he and Dede stayed over an hour after closing to make sure we’re safe to get back on the road. Sincerely overwhelmed with gratitude for the outstanding service!
The kindness and the hospitality has always been great. I have never had any problems and if anything it seems that they always go out of their way to make sure things are fixed so my car will be safe. So I just wanted to say THANK YOU so very much and I will definitely be back! Once again you guys are great!
Immediately after work I drove to Firestone and for those who work understand why I couldn't drive there first. I was in a bind and bless them so were they. However the Manager (I believe Billy was his name) took me right in and made sure that I was taking care of. That is service that I always appreciate and keeps me coming back to your store.
They guys up front were nice, but unfortunately made an appointment to be seen for an alignment and came on time and it took 2 hours. My alignment was never corrected, you couldn't tell a difference so had to go somewhere else to get it done.
