JAMES from the used cars is extremely rude. This dealership will push any kind of car off to you. I hadn't had my nissian a year and it's falling apart. They don't want to do anything to help since they've already made their money. They gave me the run around before selling me the car anyways. DO NOT waste your time or money here. There are too many other dealerships to choose from!
My experience with Sisk Nissan was the most enjoyable and easy thing I've ever done buying a car! My sales person Jennifer made it very easy and fun! Condrad and Jennifer made sure I was taken care of in the best way possible virtually making the entire process including finance pain free. I definitely recommend using Jennifer in your next car purchase!
Terry Rigney was fantastic! Was my point of contact at 6:38 am to ensure I could test drive the vehicle same day. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Included my father-in-law in the test drive process to ensure I was going to be in a top notch car. Was able to work out the deal same day despite my husband be unable to sign that day. Will hopefully be driving off tomorrow once we are able to sign off the remaining paperwork.
Made an appointment to get a recall issue taken care of. Vehicle was repaired quickly and finished when promised. No pressure was placed on me to trade vehicles. I purchased something from the parts department and the parts person was very professional and helpful. Will be taking my vehicle back to them for all future service. When I am ready to trade vehicles I will definitely try Sisk first. Great experience.
Well I guess I need to change my review! It's sad but true! I have my vehicle for little over a month now! So they are really nice to take your money and make a quick sale, once purchased they don't care about you anymore! I have been lied to several times ( won't mention no names ) , I have called to get answers about the service and detailing they suppose to do and never happened but had to keep my car for another day????? NEVER CALLED ME BACK!!!!!!!
