The staff is friendly and not pushy like some dealerships. The parts department staff is great and make sure you get what you need especially Mike in parts. The service writers are more than helpful and will give an estimate without hesitation. Both parts department and service department are reasonably priced. Just know if you order a special order part and don't need it, you can't return it. You will have to ask if it's special order they won't offer that info to you until after.

I've been in the market for an F-150 for a few months now. Mr. Tony went out of his way to review every single truck on the lot trying to find the one that fit my needs and wants. After looking at what they had, he asked me to wait a few minutes to go retrieve one last truck to look at.
Overall experience was great! Kathryn and Ricky were excellent to work with. Kathryn was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on the F-150 I purchased. Every question I asked her about the truck she answered in detail. She’s extremely knowledgeable on the paperwork and helped expedite the entire process. Ricky was phenomenal when it comes to the Finance aspects. He broke down every aspect of the trade in values, rebates, extended warranty, and financial applications to great detail. Incredibly knowledgeable which also helped expedite the procsss. The overall environment and staff is friendly and a great pleasure to work with. I would highly recommended, if you’re looking for a new vehicle.
