I went in a couple of times to purchase a new civic and ended up leaving both times because the salemen that I dealt with didn’t seem to want to work with me. One basically pushed me out of the dealership quicker than I walked in, I assume because I look young and he thought that I could afford anything there. And one was so condescending and rude that at that point I didn’t want to give my business to them. I would never send anyone there. Ended up going to Jenkins and Wynne Honda and buying a brand new car at a better price from better people who respected me and didn’t judge me on looks.
Service department employees are always friendly and helpful.
Anyone who can be so patient when you outright tell them you don't intend to purchase at this moment but months ambiguously in the future deserves my business when the time comes.
Had fantastic over the phone service from a chap named Fernando who spent time explaining prices, monthly payments plan with financing, types of cars available and what Sisk Honda could do.
I appreciate this and after my 2nd car gives in and dies I plan to purchase from him! ^_^ (Poor guy wasted 15 minutes talking to me)
Honestly, I had the best car buying experience I have ever had - and I've had a few! It was a little slow but there was no hassle and I didn't feel messed around, taken advantage of, or like I needed to leave and take a shower. Jake was awesome and all of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful! Worth the 2+ hour drive!!!
