Came for an overnight visit on a holiday. The staff was above and beyond exceptional in every possible way. Really loved the pet-friendly policy
This hotel has some of the friendliest staff! Our room was wonderful! Plenty of space, very comfortable beds, large bathrooms, and nice pool even though it only goes to 4 1/2 foot. Very pleased with this hotel and will will definitely stay there again! The best part is the fact that they are pet friendly and don't charge anything for you to have your fur babies! Love it here!
We got in our room and there were ants crawling all over the desk, spiders in the shower and trash between the headboard and the mattress. You can tell the maintenance is woefully subpar. We turned around, went back to the front desk and cancelled our reservation. As we were initially checking in a man came to the front desk and told the clerk his room was filthy so it wasn't just us who had a bad experience.
Friendly staff, speedy check in and check out and most importantly, an immaculate room! Incredibly comfortable beds and high end additions to the room. There isn't a negative thing to say about my experience. It definitely made my travel easy and relaxing! I travel a couple times a year and intend on booking with them in the near and far future.
The front desk attendant was very polite and accommodating. The room was nice and clean with great amenities and comfortable beds. The breakfast was nothing fancy but was perfect before heading back on the road. Highly recommend staying here if traveling through.
