Got here and the staff was nice. The hotel room was nice and neat but had a really strong funky smell believed to be coming from the linen on the bed and possibly the pillows. Aside from that me and my date had a good time and would probably come back so little girl as our next room does not smell
The rooms were clean and the service was timely. The location was convenient to the event we were attending. During our stay the hotel was booked to capacity and I saw no decline in the service I would expect. The breakfast was in the on site restaurant and was good for hotel fare. The bar and lounge was well stocked and the staff was helpful. The indoor pool was large and the spa and hot tub were nice.
I was sold two pairs of eclipse glasses for the fair price of $10. I was so relieved it was not sold out!! The employees were timely and friendly.
The staff at this hotel was super nice, especially William and Amanda. Great pool and fitness area and good breakfast buffet.
The staff was exceptionally professional and nice. I had actually left my iPhone in the room and one of the cleaning staff members ran to give me my phone. This was a sign of excellent customer service. The only reason I wasn't able to give it a full five stars was a couple of the members of the cleaning staff came to the room several times for cleaning after being told we were checking out later.
