My rating is in comparison to other fast food establishments.
Service was very slow. So slow they reimbursed our money. Food was so so.
The service was prompt and professional. The food was fresh and tasty as far as fast food standards go, and the dining area and restrooms were fairly clean and maintained.
Our order took 17mins the food was not right did not match our receipt ( asked for mayo and lettuce only on burger) when we sent our food back to be fixed the manager yelled at the girl telling her "we don't do special orders because its time consuming" sent the burger back to us with brown lettuce. I will never be returning to this Hardees!!!!
Wonderful place. Might have a little bit of a wait but it is def. worth it. Don't have to worry about a old dried up burger like most places on hopkinsville. Keep shining Hardees stars of Hopkinsville ky.
