Got a roast beef and cheddar sandwich, Bun was hard, cold , stale and almost no cheese sauce. Dinning room was dirty. Not a good visit.
I've had two ocassions where i order the ham, egg, and cheese sourdough sandwich. This egg and ham was cold!! This is suppose to be a warm sandwich. Just gross! Who eats cold eggs? I will NOT go back there. Especially the customer service there is poor! I got a replacement of my meal the first time this happened. But I won't bother a second time.
The last 3 times I went here, the meat was light, more than normal, the food is cold and taste slightly old.
Tonight the food was cold, the meat was way.. lighter " hardly any meat ". The girl that was doing the sandwiches had lots of attitude, throwing the food, letting it be known that she was mad about something and I got home to disappointment from my order as I have been the last 2 times. I hope this place picks back up in pride in the food, like they use to be.
