This has caused us so many unneeded problems.
My nephew has a serious chronic disease, and as such he has a case worker. He depends on medicine to live- he gets this medicine in 90day supplies. The case worker called the pharmacy, and they told her we pick up every 3 months but only a 30day supply...
The majority of the staff are extremely rude and lazy!!!!!!!
The service at the pharmacy is very poor. Prescription are sent electronically by the physician but they don't fill them unless you check in at the pharmacy. Then the girl saw me waiting and dint even bother to say the prescription was ready. I had to ask again. Then she decided to ask for my insurance information and told me to go another window, which I couldn't have done when I go there. When I asked her why she didn't tell me that before I waited, she just walked off and snickered to her coworker. All this waiting to find out my prescriptions were over the counter and never even needed to wait there at all! Just the customer service was poor enough that I will not go back.
This one is a favorite!!! NUFF said.
