Poor customer service and long waiting time and rude when asked why waiting so long
Poor customer service and half the time they get the prescription incorrect and look at you like your an inconvenience when you ask them any questions, and slow service.
This is the second time my family and I have had an issue with the same black, glasses-wearing woman at the pharmacy. If you see her, stay away or ask for someone else. She is rude. She kicked up a huge fuss about Aetna not covering my prescription loudly in the presence of other people in the line, made us wait for almost an hour, and then lied about giving us some special discount code when we knew that the medication was already covered given my health insurance. I will be changing my pharmacy that I get my medication from and if I could give a review of zero stars, I would.

The pharmacy tech was very rude and in friendly. If it wasn't for the fact that my mother's main pharmacy is rite aide in Nashville and they sell alcohol I wouldn't step foot in there.
