Been going here (old & new) since it opened.
Disorganized. When you call, if they answer, they normally disconnect the call after putting you on hold.
Started going here when they were still in the old building. Since the move to the new building, a lot of things have changed in the way the staff take care of the patients. I am not very happy with this change. It's as if the veteran is a number and not a person. I used to enjoy going to my appointments because of how personable everyone was. I now dread going or just don't go. Don't wait for anyone to call if there is something wrong with a test you took there, it won't happen. Seek medical care else where.
I belonged to the Clarksville clinic and die to not being seen for a while I had to reestablish care and was stuck with the Hopkinsville clinic. Not happy here at all hopefully I can return to the Clarksville clinic eventually, until then I'll try to get another provider within the Hopkinsville clinic or not go at all. My issues with the staff here are to numerous to cover in 1 post. I will see patient representative soon to voice my concerns.
Called to schedule an appointment. A nice lady answered and asked if I minded being put on hold. I said it was fine. 30min later the call got hung up. I spent the rest of the day calling without anyone ever picking up the phone. This was on 12/6/2017. I started calling at around 11am gave up just after I wrote this review...
Have always been treated well there. I see Dr Tate there and he's nice and a good Dr.
