Horrible company to work with waiting last min to get approvals for MRIs I lost pay because of it. There office dose not know what they are doing. They originally told me my request was denied and I asked why they said they won't know for 24 hours. When I called tri care it was not denied it's in the process. When I called them back they changed there story. I would not do business with them
