I can't say enough good about my experience at Aspen Dental here in Hopkinsville. I had put off and put off going out of fear but never again. They did not judge me about the condition my teeth were in but made me feel very comfortable that they would do everything to give me my smile back. Alisha the hygienist was awesome Dr.Graham and his assistant Karie were amazing. I look forward to going back. The best experience at a dentist office ever. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you all so very much. To anyone putting off going to the dentist please give them a call. You won't regret it
My experience with Aspen Dental, Hopkinsville, KY, was unsatisfactory. The office staff was not considered to be properly trained to interact with patients. Several of my inquiries pertaining to my personal dental treatment program were not adequately explained by staff personnel responsible for providing recommended dental procedures. Additionally, office administrative failed to sufficiently explain what costs would be paid for by my dental insurance provider. Furthermore, consultations pertaining to costs of treatment program were interrupted on several occasions as a result of administrative staff placing priority on answering incoming phone calls. I will submit a recommendation to my dental insurance provider that this specific dental services provider be removed as an authorized provider of dental services. WK, Clarksville, TN, 37040

I knew I was in the right place when I walked into the office. The office was clean and organized and I was met with a smile. The staff was friendly and my Dentist was wonderful! While he was doing the work that was needed, I felt very calm and relaxed. I knew I was being treated by someone who was a professional and knew what he was doing. I hope the Aspen Dental Crew I met remain in my area for many, many years. Thank you for being so kind!
