A quick story, Me and my husband and our kids moved to Ky. We didnt have a job but the people at Remax are so passionate. They gave us a chance. We gave them the first months rent and the security deposit. I would refer Remax to anyone. Because they are people who are willing to help.
They were conducting property management for me, collecting rent and not paying me. I attempted to resolve the issue with the owners and was talked to rudely and blown off. Only after I submitted a complaint, I got some of the rent money they owed me and a letter telling me they wanted to quit managing my property. After this I called the renter and talked with him and let him know about the issue. He completely understood the problem and was having issues with them also. He said the same thing that happened with us happened with him, they were great to work with until they signed the papers then all they wanted was money and for him to leave them alone.
