Ordered & paid for flowers to be delivered to my grandmother's house before Christmas.

This happened in Dec. 2014
My grandmother then went all the way to the flouriest to pick up the flowers, and the opposite of a gentleman gave her the flowers while being a total @sshole. After a terrible couple of minutes interacting with him, she then asked for his manager & was told he owned the place.
Was told "they couldn't find it" after calling to find out why the flowers weren't delivered. I would have taken them there myself, but am unfortunately 2000 miles away.
