We called them back and tried to get them to come over and look at it again because we didn't think the problem was fixed. They gave us some bs answer about why it was fixed. We rolled our eyes.
We called and told them about our problem and how we thought it was under the house. We told them about how it looked water damaged on the wall.
They came over the next day and we showed them the wall, which they avoided talking about. They didn't go under the house once and said they could fix it without going under the house. We were skeptical but said okay. Well, I guess we paid them 80 dollars to put putty in the sink and take apart the piping under the sink, then reassemble it. They left and told us it was fixed.
We feel swindled.

Plumbers were here 15 minutes fixed the problem and they were on their way very reasonable. would recommend them highly to anyone!
Today there is a giant puddle of water in the bathroom and it is obviously not fixed whatsoever.
