I have never reviewed anything online ... ever ... until now. If negative 5 stars was an option, I would choose it. Ordered the new cheesy crust pizza last night. It was cold when delivered and was a huge disappointment, almost inedible. Reheating in the microwave made it worse. I tried to watch the progress of my order via PH's order tracker. Never moved from the order received status to preparing order status. Got the email with the ETA well after the order was delivered. So what's the point of having this on the website if it isn't used to help the customer? Have had delivery twice, drivers never said thank you for the tips (although there is a $2.75 charge for the delivery, we still tip.) Never again. I am one unhappy, dissatisfied customer. Really disappointed in this local Pizza Hut.
Stood in line 39 mins waiting to be seated for, nothing everyone else got their orders and my family and I were overlooked, and it sucked because my son wanted to eat there for his birthday, and I will never be back
The servers are nice and the manager was really helpful and polite. I would recommend this place to anyone who want pizza or wings
I got a txt an hour after ordering saying pizza was on its way. Waited 3 an half hours for pizza. Just to be told multi times my food was on the way, that it would be delivered within 10 to 15 minutes. Which it never came. When I asked for my money to be put back on my card, I was told I could have it credited for that amount for my next order or I had to go to the store and get my money. Big hassle, very disappointed!
Currently still waiting for our pizza. Got a notification at 8:45 that pizza was out for delivery. It's currently 9:50. Called the store and was informed the driver has 5 orders altogether to deliver. The guy who answered the phone was rude. It's not my fault you understaffed the place on one of the busiest nights. And no driver should have to take that many ordered one 1 run. Maybe 3 tops. If the guy who answered the phone is your manager, I think you need a new manager. Don't be upset when your customers complain about receiving cold food. It's not our fault. 1015 and got the food lukewarm and very smashed.
