I walk through three quarters of the store and found three employees only. I wanted to get some rings which I left without I couldn't find but I did buy a barbecue pit I couldn't find anybody in the outdoor patio section so I took the one on display and they tried to charge me an extra $10 because it was assembled. I explained I couldn't find any help and they did take the assembly charge off. I did leave without the O-rings that I went to get.
Well run location. Staff is always helpful, lines are never too long and store is clean.
This store is clean and well kept, the fall decorations were displayed nice and in good working condition. Plenty of staff, very little wait at the checkout. Great job
Howard Smith is an excellent manager! He has always been prompt and professional in dealing with any needs, concerns, or questions. Always friendly and sincerely interested in making the customer shopping experience as pleasant as possible, Howard truly cares about making things right. Keith in Appliances has been exceptional in all of his communications and efforts to assist with any delivery needs, and he is always so very kind, helpful, and patient. Brandon Rowland has made several deliveries to my home, and each and every time he has been friendly and professional. He has a consistently sunny disposition with a ready smile and really seems to enjoy his work. Each time I visit the Hopkinsville Lowe's, I am impressed with the appearance of the store and the helpful, efficient staff. They all seem to go out of their way to help in any way needed. Keep up all the great work!!! My favorite Lowe's!!!
I when to Lowe’s to check the price of carpeting and they informed me I needed to pay $35 for someone to come out to the house and measure the rooms for a cost estimate. They said this process takes 4 or 5 workings days. That was over two weeks ago and I still have not received this estimate. I have called several times and always get polite people who are willing to help but still no estimate. This has been a waste of my time and $35.
