I think these are two awsome individuals with great knowledge of their craft and patient and concern and desire for health and well being for their students. I'm so excited.

Instructors are amazing and go out of their way to put you at your ease while pushing you to be successful. I love both the yoga and kickboxing classes. Your health and fitness will improve after just a few weeks!
