Do you want to have this type of person who cusses a Veteran out, and parks illegally in a handicap parking space? Very un-professional and very disrespectful. Don't this is a company I would call or trust.

Around Noon time, I was just parking at Harbor Freight on Kraft Street and Madison. Before I could get out, the person who was driving this company vehicle parked in the handicap Parking. Now, I am a disabled Vet, with the Handicap logo on my Lic Place. As I have just watched "what would you do?" on TV, I called the company phone # and informed of this happening. The lady who took my call, said thank you for your call. A few minutes later, I get a phone call from the person who was driving this vehicle and was told to shove it up my A** and even called me a few other names that I don't feel right to repeat. I left HF and got into my truck and called the company again. This time, I was informed that the person who I was calling about was the owner of this company.

Owner has the audacity to call and curse out a fellow veteran for doing the right thing and reporting to the company about one of its vehicles being parked in a handicapped parking spot. You can turn reviews off of Facebook but not here. Needless to say you have less than stellar reviews which tells me all I need to know. HVAC community is small just remember that.

If I could give a negative amount of stars, I would. I could write a book on how terrible their service has been. This is the absolute worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My insurance company contracted this company to fix our air conditioner. Two months later, 4 visits later (because they had no idea what they was doing), them rescheduling or canceling visits to actually fix the problem, and it's still not fixed. Was told that the part needed to be ordered, fine. Three to five day shipping turned into seven to ten day shipping, and then turned into the part needing to be specially made. Even now, they couldn't even give me a straight answer as to what actually needs to be fixed on my unit. Now they have the part or parts needed (who knows?) to get the job done but scheduling a day for them to fix it?! Them coming out on Monday or Tuesday turned into them coming out Thursday or Friday and then that turned into MAYBE Monday. Usually with terrible service, I would at least compliment the secretary or something along those lines because I know it's not their fault. But no, she was HORRIBLY rude, had no information as to what was going on, never called when she said she would, hung up on me a few times, and even got me mixed up with another customer trying to get their air conditioner fixed too!! SERIOUSLY?! Finally spoke with my insurance company about switching contractors after being too frustrated to deal with Grant's heating and cooling anymore. I have no clue how this place is still in business. Definitely would NOT recommend.

Our warranty company assigned Grant to us. Initially, it looked like our experience was going to corroborate the other reviews here. Their receptionist was rude, answering the phone, saying "What do you want?" and dismissing our concern about a week delay for service by asking, "Do you want the appointment or not?" However, I'm giving them three stars because the technician they sent, Jacob, was helpful and polite. He took care of the issue and even pointed out that a previous repair made by Greenway used a part only suited for an emergency fix. My recommendation is that Grant improve its customer service.

We were referred to this company through our home warranty. They came out gave a diagnosis of what was wrong, we paid them a trip fee. I was told they'd have to order a part and then be out to fix the problem. 2, 3, 4 weeks later I called the office to find out the status. Each week the office manager acted like it was the first time she's ever heard from me. We were promised an appointment each week- it never happened! We ended up calling another company to make the repair.
