Ashlylyn was not friendly and acted like we were bothering her. She put her elbow on the counter and put her chin in her hand. She said it wasn't us she had just been there all day, very rude and unprofessional. Food was okay but service sucked.
Probably the worst McDonald's I have ever eaten, don't eat in hopkinsville for the fast food it's like this everywhere. I have given them several tries to make sure it wasn't a fluke in the food that night, but ever single time the food is nasty,flavorless, or burnt. Lots of times the order is wrong or missing things and the food is a disgrace. The fries are soggy, the food is cold, somehow they even messed up the ice cream cones, the shamrock shakes were even a disappointment on saint patties day. Just don't eat here you'll be disappointed. .

Pulled up around 3 a.m. and nobody answered the drive through, and We couldn't find anyone inside, So we called and they answered their phone. Then we went through the drive through again, and this lady came to the window and was very rude, would give zero stars if possible.
