I love the new Panera! It's got a great vibe, very clean, and the staff does an excellent job of providing service. They're friendly and genuinely seem to want to serve!
I recently visited this restaurant and was impressed the style and service of this establishment. I was rather impressed with an employee by the name Tanisha Anderson.
Clean and well decorated. The kiosk ordering system is very cool, lets you customize your order, skip the line, and you get a Free Cookie!! The tracker system works well, service is prompt, and food is well presented. I'm traveling alone in the area and ended up coming here 3 days in a row because it was fast, convenient, and a nice comfortable atmosphere.
She was a particularly enthusiastic employee that kept in contact with me as I was having my lunch. Ms Anderson constantly made sure that I was enjoying my meal and made my dining experience a memorable one
I know I'm in the minority, but this place is so overated. The bread and pastries are ALWAYS hard here. Its also mind boggling to me that two half sandwiches, 2 small bowls of soup, and 2 drinks would be worth $24. It's soup! During my last visit, the cashier gave me a coffee cup for my soda. Then I couldn't get a lid to put a straw through. When I went back to ask for a regular cup she said they were out. Then I noticed people behind me getting regular cups. I just had to laugh.
The selection was outrageous. The place was very clean. Staff was awesome. Prices were my main down grade for them. I loved the option for table ordering and online ordering, especially with having kids. This will be a special place to go for us.
